Background Screening

In keeping with the Company's Ethics and Compliance program, background checks are required for all new contractors before initiating a contractual agreement.   Background screenings are $125.00 USD.  All background screenings are conducted through HireRight LLC.  The payment for the background screening is the sole responsibility of the contractor.  Upon successful completion of the credentialing process, 50% of the amount paid will be reimbursed based on the following schedule:
  • After 3rd completed trip:  $25.00 will be added to the clinician's expense report.
  • After 6th completed trip:  $50.00 will be added to the clinician's expense report.

Complete Background Screening

Sky Nurses utilizes a 3rd-Party provider (STRIPE) for processing payments.  We do not store your credit card information.
